Parenthood

Bonjour,

Not a parent yet, one day i hope ;)

Just wanna share this quote though...

"Children who have come across a parents immorality, cheating or sin, mostly suffer very deep scars silently well into their adulthood.

Don't allow your children to be a witness to your weakness. In fact quit it & see how successful you become by the will of the Almighty.

You will be surprised at how much your children know about your "private life". They hurt & bleed silently. Quit & change that. "

-Mufti Ismail Menk

Nice one.

P/s: don't condemn the kids because of the parents' faults. Be fair. You can.

Respect part 2.

Bonjour,

How to be respected?

Is it enough with having a good education and being nice all the time?

Because as far as I'm concerned my late mum who was super nice also ditindas.

Or are we supposed to upgrade ourselves and live at the elite residential?

Sebab kalo pembawakan diri dari tempat elit die tak selalu pegi kedai biasa2 dan tidak dilayan biasa2.

Are we going to be so pious so that we can show the innocent side of us?

Still people keji and condemn whenever we do mistakes even it's a small one.

How to be respected?

It needs to be earned like most said.

But we always respect others and never harm them, why they still mistreat us?

Something is wrong with us all.

We let the devils consume us.

No patience. Just anger and hatred.

People just don't respect others sometime, even you're a woman.

Enough seeing men humiliate and shout the women on the road.

If they have balls they should just fight among men, tengking perempuan watpe? Pengecut.

So how to feel safe again?

Yes, we can say it's a challenge but don't you think we should fix it?

Spoiler : Istanbul Aku Datang ;)

Bonjour,

So i've watched the movie yesterday...

It was great! Lots of relationship things we could learn :)

It taught us that if we are in a relationship, we have to commit...

No matter how busy we are, we have to spend time with loved ones...

Mufti Ismail Menk : If you have no time for your spouse why did you get married?

If you have no time for your children, then why did you have them?

And see how cruel Azad a.k.a Tomok...

Making excuses of being lonely and find other girl while away...

They should fix their relationship not finding other person if the relationship is boring etc... Nauzubillah...

But Beto did act very well! So natural!

He's the nice guy and willing to defend Lisa...

So sweet when he took her to the shower and washed her hair *melting

And of course they took a vespa ride touring the city! I want to ride on a vespa too! :p

Well Red Film again didn't disappoint the viewers... A quality movie indeed... :)

wali.

bonjour,

i did go through gossip column and i must say i'm still in learning process...

but what i found makes me think hard...

i think everybody should think hard when it comes to this...

don't blame the kids for the parent's fault...

just be better for your family...

if you can't be better for them, at least don't make things hard for them...

let your kids be happy...

Islam is fair...

Harden.

bonjour,

You know after few challenges, people say you'll be stronger...

Surprisingly to me not only challenges make me stronger...

But at one point it harden my heart...

When you were young you got sensitive over people's thoughts about you...

But now say whatever you wanna say the heart is just becoming insensitive...

Well, maybe not about all things...

There are still sensitive issues, close people will know (instead they should know)...

At least i've dealt with people who barely know me but keep on judging me...

You have to know that person very well before you judge them...

Because you don't know what they've been through...

relay for life 2012 :)

bonjour,

my second time participating this event...

yes, i did this for the sake of my late mom...

ever since she was sick i realized that our society are lacking of awareness about cancer...

this event showed  how you can give support and educate yourself about cancer...

it helped you to prepare for whatever big challenges that may happen ahead...

and the most important thing was to see the smile on the patients' face on that day :')

whenever we think about giving up, remember there's others who are in the worst position than us...

when we still can breathe, remember others who are still struggling to live...

p/s : What if the cure for Cancer is trapped inside the mind of someone who can't afford an education?

p/s/s : i still can't believe i did the gangam thingy on that day :p but it was fun though!

hati.

bonjour,

hati kena keras.

hati tak boleh sentiasa ingat kesilapan lalu.

hati kena belajar dari kisah lalu.

hati tak boleh selalu merungut ibu bapa sudah tiada untuk bagi motivasi.

hati perlu motivasikan diri sendiri.

hati tak boleh sentiasa susahkan orang lain.

hati jangan bersedih selalu.

hati perlu gembira dengan nikmat Tuhan.

future :O

bonjour,

the thought of having a bright future scares me lately...

these few days i did a lot of thinking...

i became emotionless, i stayed in my room a lot...

i thought hard, i didn't know what to plan anymore...

maybe i should stop thinking and just go with the flow...

as long as i'm still studying, i'll think a lot...

because i don't think i've achieved anything big yet...

finishing my studies, getting a job would be huge achievements...

and of course after those achievements people will get married...

see, i think a lot... *maybe because i'm on my own without my mom now

just be positive :)

p/s : do watch this Petronas advertisement. very touching. :')

hard way :')

bonjour,

ACCA is a tough job, failure is normal...

if you want to study ACCA you have to be really strong...

and don't let failure drowns you...

so what if we fail? repeat je la... ;p life is a learning process indeed

insyaAllah with the qualification it's easier to get a job...

as for me, i'm not really looking forward for a convocation ceremony...

because it's not like my late mum is going to be there... (or perhaps no one is going to be there either)

but i'm still happy for those of my friends who already finished studies! congrats! now pray for me ;)

i choose this even though i know it's tough because through the difficulties i'm still happy :-)

we have to learn the hard way if we want to have great benefits in the future...

and i don't mind learning it the hard way :)

agree to disagree.

bonjour,

we humans, we come from different backgrounds...

we have different opinions about certain things and on how we carry ourselves...

we love to critic others and yet we don't know how to advice or argue with people nicely...

we are not even their families, friends or special ones and don't even know them from the start, but still we love to make a big fuss about things...

if we wanna argue or advice people (to strangers) we should :-

- tell the good side of the opinions to encounter the bad side...

- say the opinions with wise words and full of info...

- don't yell or use harsh words...

- don't go out of track...

- not expect people to change even though we are advising for a good course...

- know limits...

- not forcing them to accept our  opinions, instead respect theirs...

- don't condemn much because we are not perfect either and we don't know the reason behind their    behaviours

people always wanna win including me...

and we become defensive, we have to in order to face this mean worlds...

if it's about jobs, professionally we are easier to accept advises...

but when it come to personal things it's hard to go against our principles...

think and think before we react...

education and money.

bonjour,

sebenarnya kan agak annoying dengar orang cakap "takde duit" bila bab nak beli buku...

seriously, muka orang berduit tapi berkira bila bab education...

tak tau la kalo keluarga ada financial problem  or anything, not that i've heard of...

tapi tak perlu la berkira sangat kalo bab cari ilmu...

kadang2 ni lah silapnye orang melayu...

mereka kurang menabung untuk education...

kesian anak kena pikir pasal duit bila nak belajar...

kes ni same la jugak dengan saya...

yes, i admit, my late mom never allocated money for a quality education...

and dulu dapat biasiswa memang my late mom was a happy lady...

my mom dah cakap awal2, "mak takde duit nak tanggung adik kalo nak wat medic'

i was sad when she told that...rasa macam takde future langsung, agak down...

tapi Alhamdulillah bab nak beli buku, pegi tuisyen mak sanggup buat ape saje time sekolah dulu...

cuma melayu ni pandai bergantung kepada kerajaan...

lepas belajar wajib kerja kerajaan...

kena ubah mentaliti, kena pandai menabung...

menabung tak bermakna kedekut berbelanja cuma belanja dengan baik...

you can get anything you want if you set a priority and manage money well...

Debate

bonjour,

i'm waiting for this debate for quiet a long time...

before this, it was planned to be held close to my apartment...

but it was postponed until yesterday and only supporters were allowed to attend...

however, i can see lots of personal attacks here in the debate...

not very much about PTPTN and free education...

not so much about the students' benefits but more to the political benefits...

erm... i thought politicians are supposed to represent the citizens...

but most of them as usual are interested in their personal interests and parties...

well i've learnt from my grandma, those who get out of the topic discussed and do some personal attacks are usually those who are already lost...

they don't have the points so they do anything in order to win, a bit unethical...

neway, my late mom used to tell me, "Jangan berkira kalo pasal nak menuntut ilmu."

last minute.

bonjour,

"if we're important, there's no such thing as last minute babe" - quoted from a friend

kinda deep meaning actually...

it's obviously about planning something in life...

it hit me, last minute or not if people care about us they'll make time for us...

and that moment we can see whether we are important or not when others make a choice...

if others rather do something else than spending time with us then we are not that important...

so you have to know who is important in your life...

and who comes first in your life...

add on value.

bonjour,

have you ever thought why did you choose a certain course before you enrolled?

have you ever thought why did you choose to study at that university?

is it because your course really has a high prospect in life?

is it because that university is popular?

last year MIA was having a meeting, and there were members of MIA wanted only people with ACCA to became accountants...

so where do you wanna locate all the fresh graduates with degree in accountancy?

and yes this idea was proposed by non bumiputras...

but they rejected the idea after a long discussion...

we never know what's gonna happen in the future , the policy may change...

so i hope all the bumiputras work hard, if not, having a degree is not enough you know...

my cousin quit working and continue doing master...

she said there's RM1000 difference in salary between those with master than those with degree...

she got RM2100 for the basic salary, and being unmarried is probably enough...

but still she cannot enjoy lavishly, she's only using Viva and rent at low cost flat...

good for her she wants an improvement...

easier to get promoted and enough money to get married i hope! :D

so my lecturer also tell me those who wanna do master is much easier to get sponsored...

you can get the sponsor from your company or from government, locally or abroad...

my friend advice me to do master abroad together with husband once got married...

you can get mental strength while studying by supporting each other, how sweet! :D

whatever you do think the best for a short and long term...

p/s : btw, the debate tonight 3rd may between KJ and Rafizi Ramli is postponed. :(

my "clean" weekend :P

bonjour,

so last weekend i decided to take a break from studies and do some activities...

owh yeah study can be dull sometime if you don't go out and explore things...

but those good things will be great if you spent it with your love ones, not some other people ;)

so i went to Subang Avenue and tried disco skate at The Wheelers...

damn, i was not good at balancing on those wheels but it was fun! :D

that night i witnessed 6 goals from Malaysia at Stadium Shah  Alam!

awesome match but i bet the story was not at the front cover of any papers...

well of course the so called Bersih rally will take the cover of the news...

at the stadium there's a banner wrote "Presiden FAM sila letak jawatan"

freedom of speech? ;) i just thought, give the club to a businessman...

businessman knows how to pressure the players and make sure they are worth every penny spent...

and yesterday i extended my weekend and went to Alamanda...

there's Tun Dr Mahathir's book launch and yes i managed to take his autograph and shake hands!

owh my goodness! a dream come true! Alhamdulillah :)

you have to go and get it no matter what aite, never give up and determination are crucial :D

overall, it such a clean weekend, i did literally clean my apartment :P

and i did not litter or smash a car or throw rocks at public place...

before that a debate between KJ and Rafizi Ramli will be held at Kompleks Kebudayaan dan Belia, Seksyen 7, Shah Alam this 3rd May...

the debate is open to public :)

this time the debate is about PTPTN, the popular issue nowadays...

p/s : do bring your kids to Book Fair at PWTC... teach kids to read good books so that they can have a clean heart for a better future...

bersih? really?

bonjour,

tomorrow will start another rally...

and sorry tok guru i don't find it compulsory to join it...

hak masing-masing kan?

bersihkan hati dulu mungkin patut dilakukan...

dan harap2 mereka bukan ke sane semata-mata untuk provok polis...

sebab saya rasa mereka cume tunggu masa untuk polis bertindak...

masa tu lah diorang nak cari kesilapan kerajaan...

again, bersihkan hati dulu... betulkan niat...

kalo cakap perhimpunan secara aman, maka ikut peraturan...

duduk dan bantah DAN buatlah di lokasi yang ditetapkan...

read this article by the way... he's got the point...

kita tak nak ajar rakyat untuk langgar peraturan jugak kan...

sebab tu ape yang  tak setuju kita masuk parlimen...

because we are civilized, we fight using our mind...

when the past calls.

bonjour,

last Monday i went to JPN to settle few things...

things that i don't wanna know anymore...

things that i just want to let go for good...

beside i'm used to not having them as part of my life...

when it calls, i'm nervous, can't do it alone...

thanks for teman-ing me Fadhli...

and also to my friends who are there to support me always...

Allia said my car looked buruk...

okay, i'll have it washed soon...:P

and Awin, to think it back about your decisions 3 years ago...

so proud of you when you rejected to study abroad...

because i know you believe in what you are passionate of...

doesn't matter about the "flying" status...

just be the best at what you are doing...

have a good day everyone :D

success.

bonjour,

to be a successful person is not an easy job...

this is when people will try to take you down, especially mentally...

they don't want to improve then it's up to them...

but don't try to stop others from moving forward...

"Orang baling batu, kau kutip buat kubu" - H.S Abell Jeffry

you thought all the rich and famous people don't have difficulties?

they have even more challenges but they still can face the problems like a champion...

"Look you've got two roads to choose from : tell yourself you've had enough and we leave,

or be prepared to suffer and keep going. the choice is between enduring and giving up"

- Toni Nadal, coach of Rafael Nadal (Rafa, My Story)

don't limit your thinking based on text book only...

sounds cliche? well perhaps that's the ordinary thing that ordinary people always do...

be prepared to face a CRUEL world...

you may not experience it now because most still got parents to comfort them...

they also are being sponsored and don't have to think about other responsibilities...

but i'm just telling, don't sigh so much and don't laugh so much either...

orang susah tak pernah susah, susah tau. - Madam Faridah

btw, good marketing Nike! great job! :D

22 :D

bonjour,

i turn a year older and hopefully more wiser...

another year of celebration without my mum...

still feel weird because every year she always had a little something for me...

but sokay i have to get used to it for the rest of my life...

and i have these amazing things for my birthday... =)

pic.twitter.com/anMRRngs

my two wish lists have came true! Alhamdulillah... :D

(those ticket were upgraded to much higher price which means awesome sitting for us...hee)

Rafa book is something that i always want...

not every bookstores has it, so thank you comot for sparing some time to go to Kinokuniya ;)

as i grow older, i just thought reading autobiography is important...

if we want to be successful, we gotta learn from successful people aite...

study their stories and learn from them, they also have ups and downs...

at least i know i'm not alone in this world...

Thank you Dr M for the development! :D

(ignore oily faces, it's hot out there)

i know if my mum is still here, she'll be happy for me...

she knew how much i wanna watch F1...

it's pretty hard not to be able to share the joy with her...

because my uncles and other family members for sure don't understand how important this dream for me...

they'll be sighing whenever they heard i experience something new...

well, what interest them does not interest me or vice versa... gotta live with that...

well, back to F1 story, of course my favorite team Ferrari won! yahoo! :D

thanks, comot for making efforts to make me happy... your efforts are priceless and that matter most in life... i love you! :)

p/s : everybody should watch The Vow like seriously...

blessed :')

bonjour,

People can only be jealous of those who are gifted or blessed in some way

so be thankful that you are blessed.

Be concerned when nobody is jealous of you because you can do much better.

They say stones are thrown only at trees with fruit!

those who always put us down and don't want us to pursue more in life is because they are jealous...

we shouldn't brag of what we have, but we should feel blessed...

Alhamdulliah...

respect.

bonjour,

too tired this evening, do nothing but reading gossip... :P

gossip sometimes makes us think twice before acting...

read this story in beautifulnara.com...

pretty interesting issue because common sense is involved...

and clearly her action has no common sense...

i read through all the comments, and most of them are against her action...

nothing much to argue except the matter of respect...

women should take care of each others feeling...

there's a reason why people said, "what's in the past stays in the past"

for Farah, please be strong, what matter most is you are already Ally's wife...

ignore those who are unsatisfied with your marriage...

for Ally, take care of your wife and love her and do not feel disturbed with your ex's actions...

Submitted by Mary-Jane

being adults are complicated kan...

reading this gossip makes me realize whatever happens i have to stay strong and fight for the best...

hope Allah will guide us all the way especially when it comes to heart issues :')
