The "Up" experience. :)

today is the last day for the hot air balloon festival in Putrajaya...

i always want to ride on a hot air balloon...

i know it's not that thrilling...

but today's experience was just beyond words can tell :)

the mood, the scenery, the ambience, being on top of the world with your loved one...

it was just meaningful to me * senyum sampai ke telinga :D

reminded me a lot with "Up" and "The Ugly Truth" movie... So romantic...

plus it's not that easy to ride one...

in fact there's a man drove his family all the way from Penang just to ride a hot air balloon! :')

so this type of event really gave us an opportunity to experience it...

but of course we had to queue as early as 4am for the ticket...

and yes, me and fadhli did that... hikhik...

hours of waiting for 5 minutes in heaven but it's all worth it ;)

overall it was a memorable experience...

budak zaman sekarang sentiasa mahu senang.

tak salah. saya pun nak senang.

tapi kena la bersusah dahulu.

jangan la expect fresh graduate starting gaji RM 3000 terus nak beli honda civic.

buy cheaper car first, then bila ada rezeki lagi beli yang besar plak.

ukur baju di badan sendiri.

usaha lagi, Allah tolong.

jangan expect hidup macam menang lottery.

dapat lump sum hari ni, and boleh shopping spree.

kalo harta pusaka bukan sampai 7 keturunan tak habis, tak apa.

work hard nanti merasa la manisnya.

that's how malaysian schools look like...

and the reason why i hate school so much...

it's because i can't stand up for myself...

yeah, i always skipped school back then...

not that i was lazy but the school always wanted us to follow the rules blindly...

we, the new generation want to be told nicely the REASONS behind the do's and don'ts

we don't take orders but we love to see facts before we agree on opinions...

nowadays not just students but adults also are keen towards the freedom of speech...

but these adults are also the one who used to advise us "Dengar cakap cikgu, jangan melawan."

irony is it? don't blame the school totally...

our culture and up bringing also play part in this situation...

when we were young, whenever we asked questions to adults, they will reply "Pergi main jauh2, jangan ganggu orang tua bercakap"

this automatically turn off our motivations to seek more knowledge by questioning...

when we go to higher level of education, they say "Kalo tak paham tanya cikgu dalam kelas"

but they already instilled that culture not to ask, and even if you do ask, they won't give us answers...

because we are kids to them, so we should be ignored...

well for me, both adults and younger generation should learn the arts of debate...

ask question nicely and answer the questions nicely (with concrete reasons and facts)

 i love your songs, the melody etc are good...

 but as years go by, i realise your lyrics always focus on your past life...

 don't you ever move on?

and just because a guy doesn't choose you, you can't assume his girlfriend are bad etc...

(it's not like she does take away your guy in a mean manner)

 you keep focusing on the unhealthy side of your past relationships...
